Foundation, Water Well, Communications.
The team is inching closer to finishing the foundation for more than half of the buildings in Phase 1 of the plan.
Updates From Owner’s Rep: Week 2
- All geodesic work is completed.
- Installing the fence along the borders of the plot.
- Dug out two pits for 16-plexes. Started preparing everything to pour concrete and forming the basement/shelter area. We will be adding stiffening and adding the blocks.
- One of the 8-plexes has a completed foundation, the second one (out of 4) has nearly completed foundation as well. We started installing the plumbing into of them.
- Starting work on the other two 8-plexes.
- Six of the duplexes have nearly finished foundations. We are finishing the formwork. We are starting work on the remaining three duplexes and their foundations.
- The plot now has electricity.
- The first water well is completed and starting drilling the second well.
- All the roads have been marked.
- Preparing spot for the water tower along with water filtration system.
