Ksenia Mazur 15, female from Kherson

Hello! My name is Kseniia, and I am from Ukraine. I was born in 2009, so I am 15 years old. I can’t tell everything about my life in one text, but I want to share some things about myself. I was born in Kherson, but in 2022, my family moved to Odesa. Life changed a lot, but I always try to keep a positive attitude. I love music and dancing. Before, I played the piano and acted in theater, but now I don’t do it because of the war. Still, I hope to return to these hobbies one day.

At school, I like English and Math. I study English a lot because I want to be fluent. I also started learning Spanish, but I am still at the beginner level. I enjoy learning new things, especially when they are interesting and useful.

My family is very important to me. My older sister, Anastasia, is getting ready to study in Slovakia, and I support her. I also have three close friends: Nastias, Stacy, and Dasha. They are all different, but each of them makes my life better. And of course, I have my pets—cat Alice, dog Toffi, and the oldest dog is Baks. They always make me smile.

I loved visiting new places and learning about different cultures. Now, I focus on my studies, my hobbies, and self-improvement. I also enjoy creating quizzes and small projects, especially about languages.

I believe that the future depends on what we do today. That’s why I try to learn, grow, and help people when I can. I hope that one day, I will use my knowledge to make the world a little better.
