Make Hope Permanent
Choose a legacy project that turns your compassion for people into a way to solve the seemingly unsolvable problem in Ukraine—permanent housing.
The Growing Need
As of 2025, 3.6 million Ukrainians are internally displaced, many of whom live in shelters, damaged homes, or temporary accommodations without secure, permanent housing. Over 2 million homes across Ukraine have been damaged or destroyed—leaving countless families without the safety and dignity of a real home.
Each opportunity below creates a permanent place of safety, dignity, and renewal for Ukrainians whose lives have been shattered by war. You are solving the unsolvable problem for these people.
Your generosity doesn’t just restore buildings — it restores hope. It connects people from across the ocean face to face. And it makes that hope permanent.
Senior Community for 250 Seniors
Leave a Legacy - Gift a Forever HomeCurrent Senior Community $250,000 Goal – Just Steps Away from the Finish Line
Our People Senior Community
Our second Senior Community is nearly complete and will provide forever homes for 241 seniors. Construction is funded, but what remains are the essentials that turn buildings into a true home for hundreds of Ukraine’s most vulnerable seniors.
Before retirement, these seniors were doctors, lawyers, plant managers, home makers. They had planned for retirement and had everything they needed. Then, it was lost in a moment.
Your gift will help provide:
- Landscaping and gardens that bring peace and dignity to 3.5 acres of shared space
- Transportation vans that allow seniors to reach medical care, church, and community events
- Horizontal construction that will connect the community together and provide the needed utilities to each apartment
- Mission and operations support to sustain staff, care, and daily life
Together, we can finish what love began-creating a permanent refuge of beauty, safety, and belonging for 241 displaced seniors.
Proposed Dream Village for 300 People $3.9 M - Building Hope for Families from the Frontlines
Dream Village 2026
Over 2 million homes have been destroyed across Ukraine and for some communities, there will never be a chance to rebuild.
Inspired by our pilot Dream Village near Kyiv, this new community will give displaced families—often three or four generations—from devastated regions like Bakhmut a place to rebuild together.
Here, grandmothers cook for children again. Fathers have a place to come home to from the front line. Mothers plant gardens instead of fleeing bomb shelters. Children ride their bikes without fear.
Your legacy gift can fund the land, infrastructure, and homes that let these families begin again—together.
New Senior Living Community (Kyiv Region) $ 2.4M – Housing for 100 Seniors in Need
Permanent Home for Seniors
Across Ukraine, 750,000 seniors are without permanent housing. Some live in partially destroyed homes. Others sleep at train stations. Only 60,000 have found safe shelter.
This new 100-resident senior community—modeled after our second Senior Community located near Kyiv—will offer warmth, companionship, and care for those now living in shelters, cold apartments, or on the street. These are not just homes for today; these are Forever Homes. Governmental funds will ensure that the community is self-sustaining.
Every wall and window of this community says: You are not forgotten.
Bunkers for Schools Across Ukraine $155,000 per School – Protecting the Next Generation
Keeping Children Safe
Under martial law, schools in Ukraine can’t reopen without a bomb shelter. For hundreds of students in Ukraine, this means more years of online learning. Some children have never been to a classroom because of COVID and then the War.
Your major gift can retrofit a basement into a safe, certified bomb shelter, giving an entire school the ability to reopen.
Each bunker brings children back to learning, laughter, and hope.
It doesn’t just protect lives—it unlocks futures.
Hope Should Never Be Temporary
Every major gift leaves a legacy of compassion that outlives the war.
Together, we can turn despair into permanence—one home, one school, one family at a time.
