Weekly Updates
Phase 1 In The Works
Builders on-site work tirelessly to complete Phase 1 of the Hansen Village plan in September. This phase includes:
- Administrative Building, Sewage Pumping Station, Security, and a Club House
- 9 Duplexes
- 4 8-Plexes (8-apartment building)
- 2 16-Plexes (16-apartment building)
Phase 1 Plans

Orphanage Plans
Each orphanage building will severe as a home for 4 family-style orphanages. Basement will serve as shelter.
8-Plex Plans
The 8-plexes would consist of four 3-bedroom apartments on each of the two floors.
16-Plex Plans
Besides 16 3-bedroom apartments, the 16-plexes each will have a shelter area in the basement.
Club House Plan
This would be a great community center featuring gym, pools, BBQ, Coworking, and other spaces.
Administrative Building Plan
The complex office and administrative positions will be occupying the offices in the building.
