With your help, we can give 24 modular homes to families in Ukraine every month in 2024. It takes only 2 weeks from the time funds are received to gifting the home!
Nothing Like Home
Thousands of civilian homes have been destroyed in Ukraine since the start of the war. Towns and villages located on the path to Kyiv have suffered the loss of over 40% of their structures since the Russians targeted the capital early in the war.
Families want to stay on their land, eat from their gardens, care for their neighbors and raise their children. Rebuilding takes time, but Ukrainians don’t have insurance, FEMA or even mortgages – they pay cash for the houses that take years and generations to build. There is no federal program to help Ukrainians rebuild their homes.

FAMILIES WHO NEED A 1-BEDROOM MODULAR HOME: $23,200-$24,500*
Best for elderly couples or individuals. The cost includes delivery in the Kyiv region and the connection of communications. The studio home is fully furnished and has a front vestibule, full kitchen and bathroom with appliances.

FAMILIES WHO NEED A 2-BEDROOM MODULAR HOME: $30,500-$31,800*
Best for couples or small families up to 4 people. The cost includes delivery and the connection of communications. The 2-bedroom home is fully furnished and has a front vestibule, full kitchen and bathroom with appliances.

FAMILIES WHO NEED A 3-BEDROOM MODULAR HOME - $36,000-$37,300*
Best for small families and larger families up to 6 people. The cost includes delivery and the connection of communications. The 3-bedroom home is fully furnished has a front vestibule, full kitchen and bathroom with appliances, and 2 additional rooms.
